Ray McKenzie is a church and business consultant, Bible college instructor and church leader with nearly 40 years in ministry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Master's Degree in Leadership and Divinity, a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and is also certified in Supply Chain Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Launching New Ventures.  

After nearly 40 years of working with multiple churches across multiple cities and states, this organization was founded to assist churches to fulfill the Great Commission with excellence and effectiveness! As a guest speaker, he brings experience, passion, and a unique message for helping today’s churches. His personal testimony includes his logical path to Christianity after being raised in an Islamic household, then later as a Jehovah's Witness. Ray has also worked in corporate America for over two decades with accomplishments in supply chain management, retail operations, leadership, manufacturing, international logistics, and information technology.
