Ray McKenzie is the founder of ETM and is a church consultant (preferably entitled as the Lead Servant), business consultant, Bible college instructor, and church leader with nearly 40 years in ministry, and is most passionate about apologetics. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Michigan, a Master's degree in Leadership and Divinity (MDiv) from Ashland University, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Houston. He is also certified in Supply Chain Management from University of Houston - Downtown, certified in Lean Six Sigma at Emory University, certified in Church Planting at Ashland University, certified in Launching New Ventures at Stanford University, and certified in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning from University of Texas - Austin.

Ray was licensed to preach in 2003, and has served in multiple capacities in the church including church minister, worship leader, and musician for percussions and keyboards. After nearly 40 years of serving in church leadership and working with multiple churches across multiple states, this organization was founded to spread the power of apologetics and assist churches to fulfill the Great Commission with excellence and effectiveness! As a guest speaker, he brings experience, passion, and a unique message for helping today’s churches. His personal testimony includes his logical path to Christianity after being raised as a Muslim, then later as a Jehovah's Witness.
