Certifications and Training

We ask that you will join us in prayer over the development of training and certification programs to build church leadership. We are diligently preparing solid training programs based on 40 years of church experience and 30 years of experience in business. These programs will be uniquely based on solid biblical requirements along with gaps between the Bible and today's churches, and common doctrinal and leadership errors as noted by our founder. The initial list of topics covered will include: 

• Effective Leadership in the Church and Beyond (Utilizing the upcoming leadership book as developed by our founder)
• Christian Theology
• Church Planting (Featuring a differentiated, proprietary strategy)
• Preaching with Authority
• Apologetics
• Old and New Testament Survey and Analysis
• Cultural Studies and the Bible 
• Creation Science 
• Survey of the biblical languages
• Other topics forthcoming as necessary

To gauge initial interests, please contact us at info@etmconsulting.org so we can plan training modes and details. This will be a rigorous program with a multi-stage screening process designed to identify candidates prepared for its academic demands.
