We are a helping ministry based on 1 Cor. 12:28, where Paul noted the following regarding spiritual gifts: "And God has appointed in the church... the gift of helps..." This organization is designed to help churches with their overall work in ministry. What is "ekklesia"? This is the original Greek word that ultimately led to our English word for "church." After 40 years of working with churches and analyzing church operations, along with 30 years in business, we developed a helping methodology that includes overall strategy, process improvement, leadership development, improving leader and member morale, and operations analysis. We decided to combine this analysis and passion to reach out with the goal of helping churches thrive.
