What is "ekklesia"? This is the original Greek word that ultimately led to our English word for "church." After 25+ years of working with churches and analyzing church operations, we developed a consulting methodology that includes overall strategy, process improvement, leadership development, improving leader and member morale, and operations analysis. We decided to combine this analysis and passion to reach out with the goal of helping churches thrive.
